Refunds - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

Please note that we will not accept refunds for 2 ML - 10 ML decants. Also, please note that not all decants have a printed label - some will be hand written. 

You can return unopened products for a refund, but you will incur a 20% restocking fee or $20, whichever is greater. For a refund, please email us at scentniche@gmail.com to process your return.

All returns must be executed no later than 14 days after your purchase date. 

We do not accept returns for opened products. 

Please make sure you are ordering the right product prior to executing your purchase. Thank you and we look forward to serving your fragrance needs. 

Please research your fragrance before ordering. We will also provide samples in your orders upon request. Send sample requests to scentniche@gmail.com.
